Websites, Bookings & Apps

Chiropractor website design and SEO that explains your care and makes booking easy.

A new patient wants to know what a visit involves, whether you take their insurance, and how soon they can be seen. We build chiropractic websites that answer those questions, let new patients book online, and keep your marketing claims accurate and defensible.

HIPAA and HITECH-aligned, 42 CFR Part 2-ready. Built in from the first line of code.
Built For

Who this is for

  • Solo chiropractors and small clinics with one or two providers
  • Practices on a template site that says little about how you work
  • Clinics that want more of one kind of patient, such as sports or auto injury care
  • Practices whose site is slow or hard to use on a phone
  • Offices adding a provider or a second location
What is included

Four things a chiropractic website has to get right.

Built in-house, tested on phones, and hosted in your own account so the site stays yours.

Condition pages

A "services" page that lists everything in one line?

Many people search for a specific problem and a place, so a page that names the problem gives search engines something to match.

A page for each kind of problem and technique you want to be known for, in plain language: who it may suit, what a visit involves, and the questions patients ask. No promises of cures or results.

People with a specific problem find the page that speaks to it.
Insurance and Medicare

Patients unsure what their plan covers?

Original Medicare Part B covers only adjustments of the spine by a chiropractor to correct a subluxation, and does not cover other services or tests a chiropractor orders, including X-rays, massage therapy, and acupuncture (Medicare.gov).

A plain insurance page that lists the plans you accept, explains what Medicare patients should expect, and describes any cash or membership option, easy for your team to keep current.

Fewer surprise bills and fewer calls that end with the wrong plan.
New patients

New patients who have to call to book?

A new patient visit and a routine adjustment are different appointments, with different lengths and different forms.

Online booking with separate visit types for new patients and returning patients, connected to your scheduling or practice management software where it allows, with new patient forms completed before the visit and only the details you need. See online booking.

Patients book online and arrive with the paperwork done.
Claims and reviews

Not sure what you can say about results?

The FTC's guidance for health product marketers says advertisers need adequate substantiation before they run an ad, and that claims about health benefits generally require competent and reliable scientific evidence (FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance). Its 2024 final rule also bans buying fake reviews and offering rewards conditioned on a positive or negative review (FTC, August 2024).

Pages and ads written without cures or guarantees, a review flow that asks every patient the same way, and replies that never confirm that someone is a patient.

Marketing you can stand behind if anyone asks.
Plain language

Chiropractic marketing that stays inside the rules

State boards and professional codes may also shape what a chiropractor can say in advertising, and the rules can differ from state to state, so we write to the rules that apply to you and ask you to confirm them with your board or attorney.

  • Your hours, location, and booking button are easy to find on a phone.
  • A clear page on what to expect at a first visit, including how long it takes and what to bring.
  • Local SEO: be found for the problems you treat, in your area
  • Google Business Profile: the listing patients see first
  • Google and Meta ads: reach people searching now
  • Security and Compliance: how we protect patient data

Chiropractor website design FAQ

A page for each problem and technique you want to be known for, who the chiropractors are and their licenses, the insurance and cash options you accept, what a first visit involves, hours and location, new patient forms, online booking, and real reviews. All of it should work well on a phone.

Chiropractic SEO is improving how a practice shows up when people search for a chiropractor nearby or for a specific problem. It covers a page for each problem you treat, an accurate Google profile, consistent listings, and reviews. See local SEO.

Only in part. Medicare.gov says Part B covers adjustments of the spine by a chiropractor to correct a subluxation when the chiropractor uses their hands or a device called an activator, and does not cover other services or tests a chiropractor orders, including X-rays, massage therapy, and acupuncture (Medicare.gov). Say this plainly on your insurance page so patients know before they come in.

Claims about health benefits need adequate substantiation, and the FTC's guidance for marketers of health products says that generally means competent and reliable scientific evidence (FTC guidance). The same standard is a sensible one for claims about your care. Avoid promising cures or specific results, and check your state board's advertising rules.

HHS's Privacy Rule summary says a health care provider of any size is a covered entity if it electronically transmits health information in standard transactions such as claims or eligibility inquiries. A chiropractor who bills insurance electronically is in that group, so the website is part of your HIPAA responsibilities. See HIPAA-aligned websites for what forms should collect, and check the details with your attorney.

Not safely. The FTC's August 2024 final rule bars businesses from offering rewards that depend on a review being positive or negative (FTC announcement). Ask every patient for feedback in the same way, and never reply in a way that confirms the reviewer is a patient.

Pricing follows the pages you need and how booking connects to your software, so it is fixed in writing after a short call, before any work begins.

It helps. A fast site with a clear page for each problem you treat gives search engines something to match. Rankings also depend on your Google profile, your reviews, and your competition, so we set expectations in writing and do not promise rankings. See local SEO.

Weeks, not the many months a traditional build can take. Once the plan is agreed, you see a working prototype before you commit to the full build. Your exact timeline is fixed in writing with the scope.
